Mary Gill
Driven by passion, determination, and a deep belief in her purpose, Mary transformed her love for beauty into a mission to empower others.
What began as a journey as an esthetics student blossomed into a successful career as a licensed esthetician and spa owner. Through years of dedication, she has mastered her craft while helping clients build confidence and embrace self-care.
Inspired to make a greater impact, she founded Big Island School of Aesthetics to offer more than just technical training—she wanted to build a supportive, empowering community. Today, Mary brings her deep industry expertise to the classroom, guiding future estheticians to master their craft and build rewarding, lifelong careers.

With a career rooted in continuous learning since 1968, she is a true cornerstone of our educational team. As a licensed cosmetologist, NCEA-certified esthetician, and seasoned instructor since 2003, Saundra has spent decades shaping the future of the beauty industry. Holding advanced certifications in Rhonda Allison, Eminence, Dermaplaning, and Chemical Peels, she empowers students through unmatched mentorship and a comprehensive curriculum designed for real-world success.
