Refund Policy
All appointments at Asian Wax Center are scheduled through direct communication via phone or social media messages. Payments are made in person at the time of service.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
Refunds
Since we do not accept prepayments or online payments, there are no refunds issued. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please speak with your service provider during your appointment, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
No-Shows
Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in limited booking availability in the future.
